The hotel, has been painstakingly restored up to the smallest detail, in order to conserve the original architectural style of the 1800s to the fullest. The 4 floors, are characterised by its own style: the first, called the “Noble Floor”, distinguishes itself for its marvellous original frescoes; the second is dedicated to the former empress Eugenia, widow of Napoleon III, and her passion for roses; the third is the floor dedicated to the Orient, decorated in the Moresque and oriental style. Lastly, located on the top floor is room 401, a junior suite inspired by the America of the 1950s, which is equipped with its own private lift. Adjacent to the Villa is Villino Eugenia, a separate residence overlooking the outdoor swimming pool and the Boboli Gardens, where you will also find the Spa.
The passion for simple cuisine, an approach that identifies true luxury with the painstaking selection of excellent ingredients and the commitment to research to bring to light the authentic flavours of the Italian tradition are the ingredients that make the taste experience in Villa Cora’s restaurant a unique one.
While Florence has many picturesque event spaces to choose from, none is more sought after than Villa Cora to host an exclusive party or special event.
